Build-your-own bowls with 1 protein, 1 grain, 2 vegetable sides and 1 sauce, served family style.

A bigger spread with 2 proteins, 1 grain, 3 vegetable sides and 1 sauce, served family style.
Individual Bowls
Individually packed bowls and salads, sold in sets of 5. Mix and match as many sets as you need, from Citrus Glazed Salmon to the IOU Chopped.

How much notice do you need?
Order at least 24 hours ahead.
Do you deliver?
Yes, anywhere within 6 miles of our Midtown kitchen at 245 W 46th Street. Delivery is $25 within 1 mile, $40 for 1–2 miles, $45 for 2–3 miles and $50 for 3–6 miles.
Can you handle dietary needs?
Yes. Our menu has vegan and vegetarian options, gluten-free wraps are available, and every item is labeled.
What is the minimum order?
Catering orders start at $150. There is no minimum headcount.
Can I change my order after placing it?
You can change or cancel your order up to 24 hours before delivery. Orders cannot be cancelled within 24 hours. To make a change, email hello@isleof.us.
